Rest, heal, release, replenish, receive and amplify your intentions with Tory Trujillo and a Sound Medicine Meditation. This experience is sometimes referred to as a sound bath. Participants are welcomed to sit or lie down comfortably. Tory will center the group with breath work and embodiment practices and will continue by playing Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, A Mayan Ocean Drum and improvising vocal toning for the purposes of relaxation, healing and to help anchor and amplify each participant's intentions. Yoga mats will be provided. Participants may also bring personal pillows, blankets and other items of comfort.

This Chakra Balancing Sound Bath is a sound healing experience that balances the seven major Chakra energy centers. Through breath, guided meditation and the healing sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls and vocal toning specific to each chakra, those attending will be led on a journey to awaken, align and activate each chakra. Participants are welcomed to sit or lie down comfortably. Yoga mats will be provided. Participants may also bring personal pillows,blankets and other items of comfort.
