Tory Trujillo welcomes you to Rest, Heal, Receive, Replenish & Amplify Your Intentions through a VIRTUAL Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl, Mayan Ocean Drum & Vocal Toning Sound Bath open to all community. We will be meeting via Zoom.
This experience is sometimes referred to as a sound bath. It is offered as ceremony and a container for healing, embodiment, nurturing and release. Tory will welcome and center the group with breath work and embodiment practices and will continue by playing Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, A Mayan Ocean Drum and vocal toning. The Sound Offering will close with guided breath, embodiment and ground. And, if time permits, there will be an opportunity for sharing. We will meet for 60 minutes.
THE USE OF HEADPHONES WILL PROVIDE THE BEST VIRTUAL SOUND QUALITY FOR THE SINGING BOWLS
