Come and celebrate 17 years of Voices Rising nurturing and empowering community for LGBTQ Artists of Color under the artistic leadership of Storme Webber.

Enjoy storytelling of the powerful programming and accomplishments since Voices Rising inception in 2007.  Also discover the evolution of Voices Rising as it’s artistic leadership will soon be transferred to Tory Trujillo.

The celebration will feature Storme Webber sharing history and spoken word, a musical offering by Tory Trujillo (voice and Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls) and Mona Terry (Harp), a slideshow of past events, a projection of “The Home of Good: A Black Seattle Story Quilt), and more.
